Our refined hand-made paper is crafted using 100% post-consumer recycled paper collected from schools, hotels and other businesses around Bali. The local village women we employ take responsibility for overseeing the recycling and production. No chemicals are used in any part of the paper making process and instead, natural dyes and other sustainable plant additives such as flower petals and bamboo are added to the recycled material pulp. Textured, coloured, and timeless, let our beautiful papers speak for you.
Our recycled papers = You care While much of the world is now waking up to the reality of our planet’s diminishing resources, Saraswati Papers has been making a difference for more than a decade. Here in Bali, we work with private individuals, businesses, and schools to recycle their paper waste. In addition, a portion of all our greeting card proceeds are donated to the local charitable work of BaliKindergartenProject.org, demonstrating our commitment to the future of Bali.
